Empower

What is Journey Work

Journey work is a guided therapeutic experience using sacred plant medicine (psilocybin mushrooms) or MDMA in a safe, supported setting.
These medicines are not about escaping reality, they are about understanding it more clearly.

  • See your life from a wider lens
  • Understand past experiences with compassion
  • Process unresolved emotional pain
  • Reconnect with your authentic self
  • Make empowered decisions

This work is for people who feel stuck, burdened by trauma, disconnected from themselves, or ready for meaningful change.

Processing

What Psilocybin Helps you Move Through

Psilocybin creates the conditions for emotions to surface and be understood. Many discover clarity about past experiences, freedom from patterns that held them, and a return to themselves.

Unraveling what was stored away

Pain from childhood or difficult seasons gets locked inside because we lacked the wisdom to understand it them.

Becoming the guide you needed

During a journey, you return to those moments from a wiser perspective and offer yourself what was missing.

Releasing what no longer belongs

Healing happens when you finally feel, understand, and let go of what was weighing you down.

The freedom that follows

Reduced grip of old patterns, increased self-compassion, and confidence to make aligned choices emerge naturally.

A Safe, Supported Path

Opening the Heart While Clearing Stored Emotional Trauma

MDMA-assisted work creates a state of safety and trust, allowing deeply held emotions and trauma to surface without overwhelm. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, these experiences are not only psychological but also stored within the body as unresolved energy. In this supported state, what has been suppressed can begin to move; fear softens, emotional stagnation clears, and space is created for clarity, compassion, and lasting transformation.

When fear blocks the way

MDMA-assisted work reaches what talk therapy alone cannot. For those carrying complex PTSD, profound depression, or trauma rooted in betrayal and shame, this medicine creates safety first, then opens the door to healing.

The heart opens, defenses lower

MDMA quiets the brain's alarm system while restoring your capacity to trust. Traumatic material surfaces gently, held in compassion rather than overwhelm, allowing true processing to occur.

Wisdom and warmth combined

Some journeys weave psilocybin microdosing alongside MDMA, accessing deeper insight while remaining anchored in the safety and openness the medicine provides.

Emotion becomes trapped

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotional trauma is not merely psychological. It settles in the body as energetic stagnation, a condition practitioners call phlegm; not the physical mucus of Western medicine, but something deeper. This insubstantial phlegm accumulates from unprocessed emotion, long-held stress, and trauma residue that the system cannot release.

The body pays the price

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotional trauma settles in the body as energetic stagnation, a condition practitioners recognize as phlegm; not merely the physical mucus of Western medicine, but something far deeper. This insubstantial phlegm accumulates from unprocessed emotion, long-held stress, and trauma residue that the system cannot release on its own.

Psilocybin restores movement

Psilocybin acts as a clearing agent for the meridians, opening the channels and mobilizing what has been stuck. When this stagnation dissolves, the emotional residue lifts, space returns to your system, and clarity becomes accessible again.

Awakening

What Lies Beyond the Noise

Psilocybin opens a door to awareness that exists beyond the chatter of daily survival. Many describe touching something greater than themselves, a state of consciousness that feels intelligent, compassionate, and deeply interconnected.

Clarity

You See What Was Always There

This is not escape. It is perception from a higher frequency, one that reveals the patterns obscured by survival mode. The noise quiets and what matters becomes visible.

What a Journey With Me Looks Like

Journey work is intentional. It is structured and supported from beginning to end.
This is not a casual experience. It is a carefully held container designed to maximize clarity, safety, and transformation. The whole experience will last about 7 hours, give or take.

1. Preparation for Your Journey

Psychedelic journey work requires presence, energy, and a well-supported nervous system. Preparation helps create a safe, clear, and receptive internal environment for the experience.

For 5–7 days prior to your journey, you will be asked to:

  • Maintain sobriety from all psychoactive substances, including alcohol, cannabis, and recreational drugs.
  • Follow any specific guidance regarding medications or supplements (this is especially important for MDMA-based work).
  • Eat simply and nourishingly, avoiding highly stimulating foods such as excess sugar, very salty foods, and spicy foods. Focus on whole, balanced meals; naturally sweet foods like fruit are okay. Avoid overeating or overindulgence.
  • Limit stimulation to the mind and nervous system
  • Limit interaction with people, settings, or situations that cause stress as much as possible.
  • Avoid violent, disturbing, or highly stimulating media. This includes intense or fast-paced content, as well as sexually explicit material
  • Abstain from sexual activity and sexually stimulating media during this preparation period.

Spend time in supportive, grounding activities, such as:

  • Quiet reflection
  • Time in nature
  • Gentle movement (walking, stretching, yoga)

The Day of Your Journey:

Eat your last meal at least 5 hours before the start of your journey. Most journeys begin around midday, with medicine typically taken between 1:00–2:00 PM. A light, early meal (around 7:00–8:00 AM) is recommended

Arrive well-hydrated, and continue hydrating in the days leading up to your session
Prioritize restful sleep the night before your journey

Why Preparation Matters:

These guidelines are designed to help your body and mind be as clear, stable, and receptive as possible. Reducing stimulation and supporting your system beforehand allows for a deeper, more focused, and more meaningful experience.

2. Intention Setting (First Hour)

We begin with a full hour of conversation.
This time belongs entirely to you.

You will be invited to share:

  • Why you are seeking this work
  • What you want to heal
  • Patterns you feel stuck in
  • What feels heavy or unresolved
  • What you are ready to release
  • What you are hoping to receive

The clearer the intention, the more focused and effective the journey becomes.

This hour helps us refine your intention so that the medicine has a clear direction. Intention acts like a compass, it guides the journey toward what truly needs attention.

3. Acupuncture + Yoga Nidra Preparation (about 30 min)

Before taking the medicine, you will receive a customized acupuncture treatment designed specifically to:

  • Calm and ground the nervous system
  • Open the meridians
  • Reduce fear and resistance
  • Prepare consciousness to receive insight
  • Support emotional processing

Simultaneously, you will be guided through a yoga nidra body scan meditation; a deeply restorative practice from the yogic tradition.

Yoga nidra:

  • Settles the mind
  • Anchors you into the body
  • Helps your intention “sink in”
  • Creates safety and receptivity

This combination of acupuncture and yoga nidra is extremely powerful. It prepares the body, nervous system, and consciousness so that the medicine can work more smoothly and effectively.

4. The Journey (3-5 hours)

After preparation, you will take the medicine.

You will then lie down in a very comfortable bed with supportive pillows and blankets. You will wear an eye mask and keep your eyes closed, allowing the journey to unfold inwardly.

Music will be available to support grounding and flow, unless you prefer silence.

I will remain by your side the entire time.

Journeys typically last between 3–5 hours.

During this time:

  • You may speak.
  • You may be silent.
  • You may cry, laugh, process, or rest.

If you speak insights aloud, I will gently document important pieces so we can revisit them later, especially in case you do not remember everything clearly.

You are never alone during the process.

5. Gentle Return & Processing (about 1 hour)

As you begin to return to ordinary awareness, we transition into reflection.
You will be invited to share:

  • What you experienced
  • What insights came through
  • What felt meaningful
  • What felt unfinished

Together, we will identify:

  • 1–2 journal prompts
  • 1–2 affirmations
  • 1–2 actionable steps

These become your integration anchors.

The journey does not end when the medicine fades. It continues through what you choose to do with what you received.

6. Integration Support & Microdosing (over the next week)

You will be provided with microdose capsules to support your integration period.
Microdosing can help:

  • Reinforce insights
  • Support emotional processing
  • Increase motivation
  • Help you follow through on your action steps

Your “homework” includes:

  • Journaling on the selected prompts
  • Practicing your affirmations
  • Completing your chosen action steps
  • Reflecting freely about the journey

Healing requires participation.

7. Follow-Up Call (About One Week Later)

Approximately one week after your journey, we will have a follow-up phone call.

This is not just a check-in.

It is accountability.

You will be invited to share:

  • What you journaled
  • What actions you took
  • What shifted
  • What felt challenging
  • What insights are still unfolding

Integration is where change becomes real.

This call ensures that the journey becomes embodied, not just remembered.

"I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening. That shift changed everything."

Why “UnifEyed Feeld Sanctuary”?

This name was carefully chosen. In physics, the Unified Field Theory is the theoretical framework that seeks to describe all fundamental forces of nature; such as gravity, electromagnetism, and the strong and weak nuclear forces; as different expressions of a single underlying field. In the context of Journey work, Unified Field refers to the understanding that all things are connected within one underlying field of consciousness.

The “Eye” in “UnifEyed” represents awakening perception; the opening of awareness beyond the limitations of ordinary perspective. Often symbolized as the “third eye,” it reflects expanded consciousness and insight.

The “Feel” in “Feeld” represents emotional processing. Healing is not intellectual alone; it is emotional. We heal by allowing ourselves to feel safely and fully in order to process those stagnant emotions.

UnifEyed Feeld Sanctuary represents the integration of:

  • Expanded awareness
  • Emotional healing
  • Unity consciousness
  • Returning to wholeness

This is not about escaping the world. It is about understanding your place within it, clearly and peacefully.

Who This Work Is For?

This work may be supportive if you:

  • Feel stuck in old patterns
  • Carry trauma that still impacts your present
  • Struggle with depression or anxiety
  • Feel disconnected from your authentic self
  • Want clarity before making major life decisions
  • Are ready to process and release emotional residue
  • Want to deepen your self-understanding

You do not need prior experience with psychedelics. You only need readiness and willingness.

Integration & Support

Journey work does not end when the medicine wears off.

True transformation happens through integration, meaning:

  • Understanding the insights received
  • Applying them to daily life
  • Making aligned changes
  • Continuing emotional processing

Each journey is supported with preparation and integration sessions to ensure safety, grounding, and lasting benefit. You can carry on safely after a journey, although it is best to reserve the subsequent day for rest and as little stimulation as possible. It’s best to not work or do anything mentally or physically strenuous the day after.

Accountability & Real Change

These journeys are not designed to give you a temporary experience. They are designed to help your life actually change. This work is for someone who truly wants that. The medicine does not magically fix problems. It does not override your choices or do the work for you.

What it does is unlock what has been hidden. It…:

  • …brings clarity to what was unclear.
  • …reveals what was buried.
  • …softens defenses so truth can be seen.
  • …makes the unconscious conscious.

But insight alone does not create transformation. Transformation happens when insight is followed by action. It gives you awareness, and awareness is power if you use it.

This work requires participation. For example:

  • If you discover that you are staying in a toxic relationship, the journey does not leave it for you. Instead, it allows you access to the insight–knowledge and wisdom required to make the necessary choice you would need to make, with confidence.
  • If you see that an addiction is numbing unresolved pain, the journey does not remove it for you. Instead, it allows access to the insight–knowledge and wisdom required to have the courage to stop the behaviors safely.
  • If you realize you have been abandoning, blaming, or punishing yourself, the journey does not automatically change that pattern. It instead allows access to the insight-knowledge and wisdom required to no longer engage in those thoughts and behaviors that lead to self-detriment.

This work requires willingness to:

  • Journal honestly
  • Sit with discomfort
  • Have hard conversations
  • Make different choices
  • Take aligned action
  • Follow through

The journey creates the conscious shift that makes new choices possible. But the life change happens in the days and weeks afterward. That is why integration and accountability are built into this process. This work is not recreational, escapism, or spiritual bypassing. It is conscious evolution.

If you are ready to take responsibility for your growth, ready to act on what you learn, ready to meet yourself honestly, then this work can be profoundly life-changing.

Ready to Find Your Way Back

A consultation is the first step. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest conversation.

The guided journey with Francesca allowed me to unlock pain that I had been holding since childhood, release it, and move on. She provides a calming space and energy to allow real change to take place. I have been an overall happier person since my journey and continue to benefit from the experience in new ways even months later. 'The unexamined life is not worth living.

What an incredible experience!

This Entire Process is Built Around

Safety, structure, and intention guide every step of your journey with us. You are not simply taking a substance, you are entering a guided healing process. I am with you every step of the way.

What Psilocybin Can Help With

Psilocybin mushrooms support clarity, insight, and emotional processing.

Many people experience:

  • Greater understanding of past trauma
  • Reduced identification with painful experiences
  • Freedom from addictive patterns and habits
  • Increased self-compassion
  • Forgiveness (of self and others)
  • A sense of peace and acceptance
  • Confidence to leave toxic or misaligned situations
  • Reconnection with purpose and authenticity

Psilocybin helps you process emotions that were never fully processed — often from childhood, adverse life events, or long periods of stress.

When we are young and something painful happens, we feel the emotion… but we don’t yet have the wisdom or language to understand it. We may go through difficult life experiences and not have the time, tools, or understanding to process them. The feelings get stored.

During a journey, you are able to revisit those experiences from a higher level or wiser perspective. Childhood experiences nearly always relate, often unexpectedly, and you become the adult guide that your younger self needed. You are able to reinterpret, integrate, and release what no longer serves you.

Healing happens in the feeling.

MDMA-Assisted Work

MDMA-assisted sessions are especially supportive for individuals with:

  • Advanced or complex PTSD
  • Profound depression
  • Trauma involving fear, shame, or betrayal
  • Difficulty accessing emotions safely

MDMA increases feelings of safety, trust, and compassion while decreasing fear responses. This allows traumatic material to be processed without becoming overwhelmed.

For some individuals, MDMA sessions may safely include psilocybin microdosing to benefit from the access to higher knowledge and wisdom while being in the positive and safe energy that the MDMA fosters.

MDMA work is not about stimulation or recreation — it is about opening the heart in a controlled, therapeutic container so trauma can be processed gently and effectively.

A Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective

As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I view emotional trauma through an energetic lens as well.

In Chinese Medicine, long-term emotional stagnation creates what is called “phlegm.”

This is not only physical mucus that in many cultures is called “phlegm” — it is also insubstantial phlegm:

  • Unprocessed and stored emotion (such as anger, resentment, guilt, fear, and grief)
  • Confusion
  • Long-held stress
  • Trauma residue

Over time, this stagnation can significantly contribute to:

  • Pain patterns
  • Immune dysfunction, including auto-immune disorders
  • Organ imbalance
  • Cancer
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Mental fog
  • A sense of heaviness or disconnection

From this perspective, psilocybin acts like a clearing agent for the meridians — almost like “drain cleaner” for the spiritual and emotional system: It open the channels, reaches stagnant phlegm and mobilizes it. It clears emotional residue. This creates space in the channels to allow for greater consciousness to enter so that clarity returns. When stagnation dissolves, peace becomes accessible again. We then are able to forgive ourselves for what we previously didn’t know or understand.

Higher Consciousness & Expanded Awareness

Many people describe their journey as connecting to something greater than themselves.

Psilocybin allows access to a level of awareness beyond everyday thinking — a state of expanded consciousness that feels deeply intelligent, compassionate, and interconnected.

You are not escaping reality. Instead, you are perceiving it from a higher frequency of awareness.

This expanded perspective often helps people:

  • Find meaning in difficult experiences
  • Rediscover their authentic selves (no longer incorrectly identifying with stress and trauma)
  • Understand patterns in their life
  • Recognize their inherent worth
  • Feel connected rather than isolated
  • Experience compassion for themselves and others
  • Reconnect with what is greater than themselves (God, higher source)
